Permits
Many property changes and projects require permits through the Borough. Applications and fee details can be found below for frequently needed permits. This is not an exhaustive list. Please contact the Borough office with questions at (724) 643-1920.
Pavilion Rental Agreement
The pavilion at the Municipal Park is available for rental. A refundable $75.00 fee is required with a completed application to reserve a date for the pavilion. Please contact the Borough office to check availability and reserve your desired date.
Septic/Sewage/Water
The Water Service Application can be returned to OBMA for processing. Sewage applications can only be obtained in the Borough Office. but instructions are linked below.
Resident Complaint
Community members with concerns regarding non-emergency incidents within the Borough can complete and submit the below form and submit to the Borough office.
