Lock 57

Situated along Little Beaver Creek, this park is a favorite of kayakers and boaters alike. The park is open from dawn to dusk and park rules are posted throughout. The pavilion at Lock 57 does not require a reservation and can be used on a first come, first served basis. The park is inspected annually by the Army Corp of Engineers.

The entrance to Lock 57 is conveniently located at 104 Calcutta Road just off of Route 68.

Ohioville Municipal Park

The community park boasts a large pavilion for rental, ball fields, playground, and open area to run and play. Council members of the Recreation Committee are accepting suggestions on how to expand this area of the Borough to best serve the community.   To reserve the Pavilion, a completed application must be submitted to the Borough Office with a fee of $75.00. The fee will be refunded so long as the Pavilion is found to be free of trash, debris, and any damage. Rental is subject to date availability.

State Game Lands

The Borough is home to over 1000 acres of Pennsylvania State Game Lands. The Game Lands offer great public access for hunting, hiking, bird-watching, and enjoying the outdoors in all seasons.
